A Dahabiya is a traditional, elegant sailing boat navigated by wind (and powered primarily by solar energy on our vessels), offering a quiet, intimate alternative to large cruise ships. With fewer guests on board, you enjoy personalized service, a peaceful atmosphere, and access to smaller, less crowded sites along the Nile.
Each of our Dahabiyas hosts up to 12 guests in six double cabins, ensuring a private and comfortable experience.
The price typically includes accommodation in an en-suite cabin, all meals onboard, soft beverages, sightseeing, guided excursions, entrance fees to mentioned sites, and transfers to and from the boat.
Yes. Every cabin has a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hot water.
Excursions include visits to ancient temples, local villages, markets, and opportunities to sail a felucca, bake bread with local families, or hike in rural landscapes.
Yes, there’s access to internet onboard.
Yes. Our cruises are safe and comfortable for all ages, but please note that some excursions involve walking on uneven terrain.
